Description

The machine with built-in screw tempering for processing "real" chocolate masses with cocoa butter. The liquid mass is fed into the machine and lowered to the pre-selected temperature in a controlled manner for processing. This mass is then conveyed into the veil box and forms the mass veil for coating the articles. An adjustable base wall ensures the coating on the bottom of the article, which can also be used without a full coating. A blower and a vibrating device ensure that excess chocolate mass drips off.
